IPSEC::MailGuard service protects the entire domain from unsolicited e-mail and viruses. To use it, just redirect your e-mail to our server farm, which re-sends the e-mail to your server after it filters out the unwanted content. This is a block diagram of the usage:

Deployment si very simple:

• pre-pay the IPSEC::MailGuard service
• configure the IPSEC::MailGuard according to your preferences (especially configure the domain name, and your server address)
• reconfigure the MX record to point to our server

Optionally, you can configure your firewall to block any direct connections to your e-mail server.

How does IPSEC::MailGuard work?

IPSEC::MailGuard uses a combination of the most powerful spam fighting methods to date. The e-mail sender is verified using the internet databases at the moment (s)he makes a connection to the IPSEC::MailGuard. The set of rules evaluates the likeness to the previously captured spam. Antivirus software checks the body and attachments for viruses. An anonymous check sum is calculated and compared to the international database to eliminate most of bulk e-mail. The spam score is adjusted according to user-defined rules (built using the sender and recipient addresses). The system also employs many other techniques, and a simple web interface.

What do users see

The solution is configured through a password protected web interface. Login name and password is assigned to customer after ordering IPSEC::MailGuard. The web interface is used to configure the protection parameters, watch graphs and statistics, and browse the quarantine. You can see the screenshots of the web interface here:
