We do regular monthly upgrades (to keep the server up-to-date), security updates (to lower the risk of illegal break-ins), installation and configuration (on-demand changes in system). We setup a disk redundancy, regular backups, install the health monitoring software (e.g. SMART reporting for disks), on all servers we manage. We create a Maintenance, Repair and Operations Report sent by e-mail or regular mail.
